The tower has a bedroom loft apartment, kitchenette and bath located on bottom floor. It's been repainted inside/out and new luxury vinyl plank floors installed.
It also serves as water storage for well, water treatment and pump distribution to property.
It is now a "Playhouse" for grandkids and cousins. :)
